Born in Los Angeles but raised in Surrey, Garfield began his career in British stage and television productions. He made his feature film debut in the 2007 in 'Lions for Lambs'. Garfield first came to international attention in 2010 in the film 'The Social Network', for which he received Golden Globe and nomination. He also stars as Peter Parker / Spider-Man in 'The Amazing Spider-Man' and The sequel, 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2'
