Jensen Ackles on Being a First-Time Father: "I'm Just Completely Lost"

Jensen Ackles' world turned upside down when his wife Danneel Harris welcomed daughter Justice Jay on May 30. "It's been quite the adjustment," the Supernatural star, 35, tells E! News of being a first-time father.

"A friend of mine says it's a slightly different gear, and I said, 'Different gear? No, you put it in park, you get out of the car, you get in a different car, you take a left down a wrong street," he adds. "That's basically where I'm at now."

Getting back into the groove at work has been an adjustment for Ackles, who recently began production on Season 9 of his CW series. "I'm just completely lost," he says. Nevertheless, he says that "the baby's doing great."
