Joe Jonas is helping out in Oklahoma after tornadoes ravaged the region.
The 23-year-old, who is not only a musician but a philanthropist, has been volunteering with Convoy of Hope, which offers hands on aid to victims of disasters.
Wearing a pair of heavy gloves, Joe joined 50 volunteers to clear homes and roads of the debris that was left by the deadly twisters.
During his two days of manual labor, the teen heartthrob told CNN, “It’s heartbreaking to see personal items that probably meant so much to them [the victims] and hearing that you only have minutes to leave your house. I can’t imagine just even taking a glimpse around — it’s devastating. It’s very sad.”
