Surrounded by friends and family, American Idol finalists Ace Young and Diana DeGarmo were married Saturday evening at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard hotel in Los Angeles, PEOPLE confirms.
"Today was the best day of my life," Young, 32, tells PEOPLE. "Diana and I are in it forever. She's my best friend."
DeGarmo, 25, wore a form-fitting Sareh Nouri gown with pearls and rhinestones.
"It was the first dress she tried on," says Renée Strauss, the LA-based luxury bridal expert who organized the wedding. "She knew immediately that it was the perfect dress for her."
