Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are engaged!

According to Us Weekly, the couple — who have been dating on and off for four years — became engaged in late December.


Timberlake opped the question to Biel, 29, in the mountains of Jackson, Wyoming.


“Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place,” a source said.


“When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step.


“Justin has never been happier.”
