Well, so much for Texas Gov. Rick Perry's prayers for rain. I knew it was a bad drought, but, thank-you, Brendan; these are the FIRST pictures I have seen of how bad it is in central Texas and the foothills to the Rockies in west Texas. I've never seen Lake Travis so low. They're having water rationaing in the Austin area now.
