Darren Criss has said that he hopes that hisGlee character Blaine's relationship with Kurt lasts for a while.
Criss was recently promoted to series regularfor the third season, and has described his experience on the show so far as "wonderful".
"This year has been incredible, wonderful and bizarre," Criss explained, during the Glee panel at Comic-Con International this weekend. "I've been blessed with an amazing character. It's been eerily wonderful.
"[Kurt and Blaine have] reached the honeymoon phase. I'm a big fan of 'Klaine', so I hope it lasts a while."
Glee co-creator Brad Falchuk also confirmed that there were currently no plans for the popular couple to split up this season.
"They're not breaking up. They're solid," he added. "They have problems. You have two stars dating each other, there's going to be some competition there."
Criss also addressed recent rumors that he is being lined up to take over temporarily from Daniel Radcliffe on the Broadway musical How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying.
"I can't confirm that. It's very cool that it's even out there," Criss teased. "Glee has a very hectic schedule. I'm not opposed to the idea."
Glee will return for its third season on September 23 on Fox.
