Beyoncé Buys a Church in New Orleans Garden District!
Beyoncé recently purchased a 7,500-square-foot building of worship in New Orleans that is currently out of service, TMZ has reported.
An online listing for the church says it went for $850,000, though it's unknown if that's what Beyoncé actually paid. The sale went through on May 9, according to the listing on Redfin.com.
Beyoncé has not publicly revealed her intentions for the church, which is located in New Orleans' Garden District. The online listing noted that the building "affords many possibilities for redevelopment as a single, multi- family, remaining as a Church, possibility of a commercial usage or many other possibilities."
