The 2015 French Quarter Festival brings New Orleans music fans to the city's oldest neighborhood, April 9-12. The free, four-day music and culture festival will feature Allen Toussaint, Ellis Marsalis and over 1,400 New Orleans musicians on 20-plus stages.
