Cory Monteith has left rehab after admitting himself earlier this month for substance addiction.
The 30-year-old was pictured yesterday (April 26) with girlfriend Lea Michele at an airport.
A witness told E! Online that the couple seemed happy and were smiling the entire time.
Monteith took to Twitter to thank his followers for standing by him.
