Madonna Leak: Spanish Police Arrest Man For Leaking 'Gimme All Your Love' Demo

Madonna
Police in Spain have reportedly arrested a man for leaking a demo version of 'Gimme All Your Love,' an unreleased Madonnasingle.

Reuters reports that a 31-year-old man with the initial J.M.R. was nabbed in Zaragona, Spain in a police operation dubbed "Madonnaleaks." The man was arrested and then later released according to a police statement, which also described him as a big Madonna fan.

Fan site DrownedMadonna.com reported that British lawyers representing the pop star made initial inquiries as to where the leak originated. The site also said they found a hard drive containing several demos of Madonna songs.

Madonna expressed her annoyance at the leak in November when a demo recording of the Martin Solveig-produced dance-pop single -- now called 'Give Me All Your Lovin'' with new guests spots by M.I.A. and Nicki Minaj -- wound up online. Billboardreported that "within a few hours, it was among one of the top 10 trending topics worldwide on Twitter."

The iconic singer will reportedly perform the song at the upcoming Super Bowl half-time show and it will feature on her upcoming studio album in 2012, Madonna's first since 2008's 'Hard Candy.
