Tyler Posey was pleasantly surprised by the news that his former "Teen Wolf" co-star Charlie Carver had recently come out as gay on Instagram.
Posey, who plays Scott McCall on the MTV series, filmed a guest appearance for an upcoming episode of "Larry King Now," and at one point during the interview, host King asked the 24-year-old actor for his reaction to Carver's big reveal about his sexuality.
"That's so great man," said Posey, before revealing that had known Carver's sexuality long before but was unaware that he had officially come out of the closet.
Posey then expressed how thrilled he is to see how much easier it is now for people to come out.
When King said that people are now living in a "wonderful world," Posey agreed and shared a short story to help him explain his point.
"The other day I was driving by these two kids wearing backpacks in high school, and they were holding hands -- boys -- and I loved it," the actor said. "It was so cool. I really dug it."
