Tom Daley has announced his engagement to boyfriend Dustin Lance Black.
Daley, 21, and Black, 41, have been together for around two years.
The couple made the announcement in the Births, Marriages and Death section of The Times newspaper on Thursday.
The Olympic diver opened up about his sexuality to fans in a YouTube video entitled 'Something I want to say' in 2013.
He told fans that his life changed "massively" when he fell in love with a man - later revealed to be Dustin Lance Black - and that he "couldn't be happier".
In the emotional video, the diver said he believed his father - who tragically lost his battle with cancer in 2011 - would have been happy for him.
Daley later told ITV's Jonathan Ross Show that it was a "terrifying decision" to come out in the video.
"I didn't know what the reaction was going to be like. I didn't know how it was going to go but I just felt like I needed to say something."
Speaking about his relationship with the director and screenwriter, Daley said it was "love at first sight".
"I’ve never felt anything like it – and I made the first move.”
