Justin Bieber's Mug Shot!!

Justin Bieber was pulled over early Thursday in a DUI bust in Miami, according to a police report obtained by PEOPLE. 

Bieber, who was driving a yellow Lamborghini, was pulled over after an officer saw him allegedly drag-racing with another vehicle. 

But when approached by the officer, the police report states, Bieber, 19, appeared belligerent, cursing as he reportedly resisted arrest. 

"Why the f--- are you doing this?" the pop star asked, according to the report. 

Police said that Bieber "had an odor of alcohol emanating from [his] breath and bloodshot eyes." 

Following an on-site investigation, Bieber was taken into custody and transported to the Miami Beach police station, where he failed a DUI test. 

Robert Hernandez, spokesman for the Miami Beach Police, tells PEOPLE: “In the beginning, Justin Bieber was uncooperative and continued to resist arrest. Finally, after admitting he had cannabis, alcohol and prescription drugs earlier in the evening, he gave a urine sample then was taken into custody without violence.”
