She tweeted a picture of herself messing around in the studio with the caption: "Btw: i'm Cancer Free Forever :-D."
At the time of her second diagnosis, she said: "I feel so awful to be letting down all my amazing fans who were looking forward to 'It's A Man's World Tour'. It just breaks my heart to disappoint them."
Anastacia was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2003, but overcame the disease following surgery and radiotherapy.
