While visiting Max Rodriguez in New York City a few weeks after Hurricane Katrina, he took me to see Peter Rauhofer spin at the ROXY with a special guest appearance by Madonna who's CD 'Confessions on the Dance Floor' came out that week. it was less than a month after Hurricane Katrina and was one of the first times I realized life was going to be ok, it was also a very special night I will never forget.
