Adele Scores Another Sales Record Passes Gaga!!

It’s no secret that her album 21 is one of the hottest in decades, and Adele's single “Rolling in the Deep” has achieved yet another milestone.

The British songbird’s track has been named the Best-Selling Digital Song Ever By a Female Artist, having surpassed Lady Gaga’s “Poker Face” from 2009.

“Rolling in the Deep” has sold a total of 6.68 million downloads, as compared with Gaga’s 6.62 million for “Poker Face.”

This also means that Adele is the second-highest seller overall, just behind the Black Eyed Peas’ “I Gotta Feeling” which moved 7.82 million units.
