'Glee's' Cory Monteith Takes Girlfriend Lea Michele Home to Vancouver

Their "Glee" characters' wedding may be on hold, but off screen, Cory Monteith and Lea Michelle look to be heating up. Monteith, a Vancouver native, decided to skip Oscar weekend in Los Angeles, instead opting to head up to Canada for a well-deserved mini vacation... and he brought Lea with him!

Yes, after nearly 3 years of playing love interests on screen, the Gleeks are officially in a relationship.

Their visit only lasted two days, but the couple found time for a dinner date at Monteith's favorite sushi restaurant and got a little snow time in at Grouse Mountain. They opted not to sign autographs or take pics with fans on their quiet weekend alone, but sources tell Zap2it they weren't shy about public flirting. Awww!

Michele has previously said that Monteith is like a brother to her, but word is that their relationship changed this year, after her break-up with longtime Broadway star boyfriend Theo Stockman. Life & Style recently reported that Michele and Monteith managed to get some time away from set for a Valentine's Day date at Il Covo restaurant in Los Angeles.

No surprise there, given their undeniable chemistry on screen! "Glee" returns with new episodes on April 10.
