Hillary Clinton looks less than thrilled as Japanese minister hands her a photo of himself with Bill

Japan's foreign minister Koichiro Gemba presented the U.S. Secretary of State with an old picture of Bill Clinton as they met in New York City ahead of the United Nations General Assembly. Mrs Clinton's displeasure with the gift was obvious as she looked completely bemused as he reached across the table with the picture!
